　　Low stretch yarn is a kind of textured polyester sewing thread. It is an advanced level of smoothness, looseness, low distortion, high strength locking thread with a wide range of USES.

Features and advantages

Physical and chemical properties

Thermal properties:

● acids apart from extreme practice, polyester is unaffected by most acids.

● alkaline polyester light alkali resistance, moderate resistance to heavy alkaline.

● organic solvents are not affected by normal solvents. They can be dissolved in certain phenolic compounds.

● bleaching is not affected by chlorine and peroxide, up to 20gr/lt.

● washing is perfect resistance to washing. At 100°C the shrinkage is 1% or less.

● physical and chemical changes occur at 150°C.

● the finishing treatment is lubricated to provide excellent sewing performance at high sewing speed without color difference and without change during storage.

Color fastness characteristics:

● washing fastness (ISO 105 C06) 4-5

● water resistance (ISO 105 E01) 4-5

● rubbing fastness (ISO 105 X12) 4-5

● rubbing fastness (ISO 105 E04) 4-5

● dry cleaning fastness (ISO 105 D01) 4-5

● light resistance (ISO 105 B02) 5-6

The color fastness grade is set up on the most basic implementation in fact, most colors are beyond this range.

The above color fastness is typical for most GCR colors. Many colors will reach a higher level than this. However, some colors, such as dark blue, bright red and black, are more difficult to achieve this level of color fastness. If the application needs to be higher than the above level of color fastness, the customer should check the level of color fastness before use. High level fastness categories not listed above, such as chlorine bleach, can be used as a special manufacturing requirement.
